Has anybody know or tried multiple gene-knockout using the Cas9/CRISPR method in worms and which works in mouse.
One-Step Generation of Mice Carrying Mutations in Multiple Genes by CRISPR/Cas-Mediated Genome Engineering

I am looking for a proper method paper on this issue…
To the best of my knowledge no one has done this. From my perspective, there is not much incentive to do this in C. elegans because the generation time is so short - better to generate, characterize and validate each allele separately, then cross them together. The reason mouse people want to multiplex is because crosses take so long.
