I am looking for bacterial expression constructs for the spCas9 variants VQR, VRQR, and VRER (Kleinstiver et al., 2015; Kleinstiver et al., 2016), specifically with an NLS signal attached (a 6x His-tag would be nice too). It would be for injecting ribonucleoprotein complexes for CRISPR as in Paix et al., 2015. Any info would be appreciated!
