as the whole point behind the design is that cell-specific promoters direct expression of the miniSOG and thence the death of the cell , how would that work then?
plus, the rig you need is not off the shelf from Walmart…and you (or your supervisor) would have to persuade Roger T or Yishi J that you have a plan to go with a construct request…
