I will be very pleased if anyone could give me some tipps how can I isolate cells?
I found some information about isolation larval cells but I would also want to isolate neurons, cells of the alimentary system, reproduktive system etc.
Is there any method for that?
I would be very grateful for any reply.

Might be a good starting point.
There are also references out there regarding the isolation other tissue types (other than muscle and neuronal) that might serve as the basis for in vitro cultures.
