Hello everyone! I have an important inquiry!

I want to use the new amazing tool CenGen (Taylor et al., 2019), https://cengen.shinyapps.io/SCeNGEA/, and I am having trouble with the user interface of the page. I want to find the gene expression of a specific type of cell (and not the other way around, which is very easy to find in the website). I was wondering if anyone has used it and can give me a hand.

Hi Vicky,

At the top of the page you can go to “Cell Type Markers” (beside “Single cell plot”), and there you can select a cell type and the top X genes you wish to see. I hope that helps somewhat?
