ChIP chip in worms?

Hi,
Is there any successful ChIP chip experiment on published paper already? I have been searching for the protocol and didn’t not have much luck…Thanks for any advice!

A Nature Genetics paper by Ercan et. al. describes ChIP-chip analysis of dosage compensation complex members SDC-3 and DPY-27 in C. elegans embryos using NimbleGen tiling arrays:

Hi,
In addition to the Ercan et al. Nature Genetics paper that Igor points out, Ercan and coworkers published an expanded version of the protocol in Nature Protocols.

Ray Chan and Barbara Meyer wrote up a protocol for Wormbook.

Oh et al. published a paper using DAF-16 ChIP experiments in Nature Genetics.

You might find more if you go a bit deeper into this search than I did.
