Commercial resources for worm genome sequencing

Searching for a commercial resource for genome sequencing of mutant C. elegans worms. Please let me know if you are aware of a place that can do it for me. Thanks.

Does it have to be a commercial entity? There are a few academic labs that do whole genome sequencing for a relatively nominal fee.

I would be interested in learning the names of these labs so I might contact them and see what the price would be. Do you or anyone know of labs in particular that will do this service for a fee? Thanks

If I remember correctly, the Hobert lab has their own Illumina machine and the price was something around $1000. I think the Moerman lab may also provide a similar service…

I just got a quote from BGI for 20X on 2 mutants: 800 euros ($1,000), i.e. $500/mutant.

Thanks for the information, I’ll check on that. Any additional information would still be appreciated. I
