We are trying to generate/obtain a conditional allele and finding challenges. There is a tm1a KOMP allele ES line but I am not sure of the success rate in obtaining mice and this would need to be converted to the tm1c allele with Flp. Crispr is of course great for KO but conditional constructs are tricky. Any recommendations for collaborations/fee-for-service/private sector providers? Thanks.
