I was wondering if any lab has ever tried to generate a COSA-1 antibody?
As far as I know, most of studies used GFP-COSA-1 as a crossover marker and also some lab used Ollas tagged COSA-1.
But a COSA-1 antibody would be useful in some mutant background (no need for crossing).
We would like to generate a COSA-1 antibody. Does anyone have relative experience or suggestions?
