Hello,
I am new to worms so I need some help. I constructed a new mutant that starts to make
huge colonies of worms although there are still enough bacteria on the plate (see attachment, I also have lots of other pictures).
The worms are supposed to have a wt phenotype. They are not unc. I noticed that some worms do that when there is no
more food, however this is not the case here.
Is this a stress response? If yes, what kind of stress response and what could be the reason?
Do you know of any mutants that show a similar behavior?
