Culture of C elegans cells in plastic multi-well plates

Hello everyone

I am planning to culture C elegans embryonic cells in 96/384 multi-well plates for FLIPPER assay.
This is the first time I am culturing C elegans cells and in all the protocols I read they mention to culture cells in a glass plate coated with peanut lectin.

In my case I will not be able to get glass plates and have anyone succeeded in culturing PDL/PLL coated plastic pates ?
Also just wondering wether can we subculture the differentiated cells from a large cell plate to a multi-well plate or do I have to seed the cells in multi-well plate directly?

Your suggestion will be greatly appreciated and thank you so much in advance for taking time…

THANK YOU…
