I need to use daf-16(mgDf50) in a cross - but this molecular lesion is unknown.

If anyone has the details for the boundaries / nature of this deletion, it would really help.

Thank you ! This paper is helpful in terms of the general location of the deletion. However, the 3’end of the deletion is 'uncertain identity". In order to follow the mutation via PCR it would be very helpful to know the exact boundaries of the deletion so that we can have flanking primers with different band sizes in the presence/absence of the deletion.
