DAPI staining and co-IP protocol

Hi

Could someone provide me with protocols for DAPI staining and co-immunoprecipitation in C. elegans? I found brief protocols in publications but not with the level of detail I wanted. It would be even better if I could get a protocol that someone has tried themselves and knows it actually works for them.

For DAPI staining I can attest to the freeze fracture method described in protocol 6 as working like a charm.
