Good day to the worm community forum. Please I need help in getting protocol on how to make the dauer stage of the worms. I want to know this because I intend to keep the worms in this stage for about 2 weeks.
Also I wonder if I can get anyone to explain to me how to use ImageJ software to measure the relative fluorescence intensities of the worm intestines for my reactive oxygen species test. I have tried to get a protocol on line that explains how this is done or searching via you tube but I haven’t been able to find any. Thank you in advance for your help.
Most protocols just involve starving plates and then an SDS step and wash step, like this.
