I’m looking for some feedback from people who successfully used the dicer-1RNAi feeding clone from the Ahringer library.
did somebody use it for other experiments than lifespans? (it was used by Andrew Dillin in lifespans experiments in Science. 2002 Oct 25;298(5594):830-4. to switch off the RNAi machinery after daf-2 RNAi)
