I heard DiI stains AWB, but not ADF. (I also heard that FITC stains ADF, and not AWB.) Is this correct?
Because, both DiI and FITC are shown to stain ADF, not AWB, in WormBook, chapter “The sensory cilia of Caenorhabditis elegans”, “Table 1. Description of individual ciliated neuron types and their reported functions”.
