Does anyone know how long can a male worm keep its fecundity?

???

Until they die.

Males produce sperm continually from L4 throughout adulthood. Mating efficiency drops as they age, probably due in part to damage to the mating apparatus (protruding spicules are prevalent in old males) as well as defects in mating behavior (motility, mate location, vulval detection, etc.).
