Extracting worm proteins

Hi,

Does anyone know whether a commercial buffer is available to make worm protein extract?. Also, where can I find a protocol to separate membrane proteins from cytosolic proteins?.

There is a protocol to separate nuclear, membrane (and organelle), and cytosolic fractions in Chen et al.
