FemtoJet 4x microinjection system setup

Hi all,

My lab is currently setting up our eppendorf FemtoJet 4x microinjecton system and would like some advice on how to best set it up. Currently the pi is set to 10.15 psi and the pc is set to 1.45 psi. However, at this pressure, a substantial amount of injection mix constantly flows out of the needle between injections. Is there any way to fix this and/or what pressure settings have worked well for you?

it is likely the Pc is too low or the opening of the needle is too large.

I don’t know if I remember it properly but I remember somewhere I read that Pc can be as high as 20% of Pi. I have used 20% Pi for Pc and it works fine.
