I am trying to retrieve the list of all curated gene regulations from http://www.wormbase.org/db/gene/regulation.
my goal is to be able to create a table with the following structure:
Regulator Regulated Type
unc-86 mec-3 positive
Is there support for this in any of the interfaces to the wormbase DB?
