Hello everybody,
I have a strain that is sensitive to RNAi only in the uterine and I have to confirm that RNAi indeed works only there. Are there any genes
that are only expressed in the uterus, the knock-down (preferably by feeding) of which result in abnormalities (lethality, sterility, etc)?
I have also another question regarding the glp-1 RNAi. If to treat N2 on glp-1 RNAi bacteria, will they still produce progeny?
Would be very grateful for any suggestions!
Greetings from Belgium,
Madina.
