Hi! I’d like to know if there is a simple way of searching for all the genes that causes a phenotype using the wormbase.

I don’t have any experience using it, and so can’t offer any help (I’m merely aware this is the sort of thing is what it’s for), but have you tried using WormMart?
(I assume you mean all the genes that cause a specific phenotype; all genes that cause any abnormal phenotype seems a taller order).
I was, indeed, talking about a specific phenotype (sorry if I wasn’t clear enough).
I didn’t find usefull WormMart, but may be I’m not using it the way I should
