Getting drugs through the cuticle

I need a protocol that helps me get drugs through the cuticle and into the germline. Any suggestions? I’m thinking about trying soaking first, I was wondering what reagents I could use (if any) that would help get the drugs in and/or make the cuticle more permeable.
