GFP quantification directly from 60 mm plates

Dear Colleagues,
Can someone recommend a good protocol for directly quantifying GFP expression in transgenic worms from 60mm plates without having to mount the worms on an Agar pad?

you can have a look at this, it’s not absolute, but you can get relative values:
