glp-4(bn2) molecular information?

We are using glp-4(bn2) routinely and often make doubles with other mutants.
We are looking for the molecular location which could not be found on wormbase.
Basically we want to quickly screen the doubles by PCR.

Anybody has this information to share us?

Thanks a lot.

ps. I already contacted the original lab but they don’t know.

Could you try a temperature shift to make sure that bn2 is homozygous?

Thanks. That’s the way we always use. However, some times I just need a quicker method for screening more worms.
