GO and PTM effects

In a new open access Nature Communications publication, Tang et al. examine the effects of post-translational modifications on the binding of CCCTC-binding factor and the resulting chromatin structure changes. Tang et al. looked at genes with enhanced peaks on their promoters, and looked at the GO associated with these genes. They found strong correlation with developmental process GO terms:
