Good positive controls for ChIP-qPCR

Hello. I am a graduate student and want to set up ChIP-qPCR assays in my lab.

For this, we will perform IP using FLAG antibodies and see whether the desired promoter could be amplified by qPCR or not.

I heard that embryonic development-related transcription factors are good for performing ChIP-qPCR, but we are rarely aware of embryo developmental biology.

Could you recommend FLAG-tagged transcription factor-expressing transgenic worms and a prominant target promoter expressed by the transcription factor?
