Has anyone tagged DSB-1 or SPO-11 with an FP?

Just curious if either protein can take a 3’ tag and still be functional.

Hi Steve - I just saw this post, so in case you’re still interested:
SPO-11 probably cannot tolerate a tag, even a small epitope tag, at either end, but we were able to tag internally with some effort.
My student Ericca Stamper tagged DSB-1 with GFP at both termini and found that a C-terminal tagged construct could rescue a dsb-1 mutant, but an N-terminal tag did not.
