Hi everyone,
I am interested in a gene which located in nucleolus and most of its predicted interactors are invovled in mRNA splicing. So I want to check if this gene was invovled in mRNA splicing through RT-PCR and check some genes’s cDNA sequence. Is there anyone can tell me the general genes used for this kind of purpose?
