I was in this community a year ago and now, I am working as a trainer in biotechnology and by time to time, gives some hints to secondary school’s teacher to improve practical experiment in the lab and make reseasrch something fun and attractive for students! So I would like to have some ideas or advice to make a nice worm exp. about heredity ???: my idea was to take an hermaphrodite mutant (e.g.: spe-12) and cross it with a male (him-1, dpy-13) and followed the transmission of dpy phenotypes. What do you think ? ny better ideas or others ideas ? critiscism ? I would like also maybe find some others cross to try two not linked mutations and/or two linked mutations.
