How to align the Z slices of neuron

Hi Can anyone share some experience of making neuron pictures? I took Z slice pictures with Zeiss deconvolution microscope, I want to compile a 3 D pictures with image J, which plugin should I download?
or any other free software online?

Try with the ImageJ software. Make a Z project with all the stack of images.

Hi,

One could also use the ‘3D viewer’ plugin in Fiji. It offers more options to make different types of 3D images.
