Was wondering if anyone out there has used the Hybrigenics C.elegans embryo two hybrid library, or has used their screening service. Its not clear from their website if they do the Y2H for you.
If anyone has experience with it, were you satisfied with the results?

Yes, we have recently performed a yeast two-hybrid screen with hybrigenenics using the embryonic library. The screen was very successful as we did find already known, as well as novel interactors. The service is excellent and the entire procedure is fast (It takes about four months from the cloning step to the results). I strongly recommend hybrigenics.
