Intranuclear rods in c. Elegans nucleus

Intranuclear Rodlets are discrete, compact filamentous bundles within the nuclei of mammalian neurons. Have these ever been described, or has anyone ever seen them in neurons or other cells of c. Elegans???

I don’t remember ever seeing them in any C. elegans cell type in our thin section images. But maybe now that I have that concept in mind, I’ll recognize them in the future?

If they exist in the wild type nematode, I don’t think they can be very common.
