Is there a way to measure level of ATP in C.elegans muscles

Hi, I was wondering if anybody can throw some light or suggest a way I could measure ATP levels in muscles of C.elegans ? ??? Any answers or suggestions would be really appreciated.

Braeckman et al. 2002

It’s not muscle specific though…
