I am using a kopf pipette puller. the model number is 720. i almost standardised the parameters but i find its not much reproducible. can someone give me some tips regarding the good parameters and how to maintain a good reproducibility. and what are the critical things to be kept in mind.
I will be very thankful if someone suggests me something good.
