Lab Associate - Gunsalus and Piano Lab at NYU CGSB

The Gunsalus and Piano Labs in the Center for Genomics & Systems Biology at NYU are searching for a motivated and energetic individual to provide support for ongoing research projects as a Lab Associate. We study the molecular genetic and evolutionary mechanisms underlying early embryonic development in the animal model organism C. elegans, using both genome-scale functional genomics and small-scale experimentation. More information about the labs can be found at our webpage, http://gunsaluspiano.bio.nyu.edu/. Candidates should minimally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science; a Master’s degree, one or more year of professional laboratory experience, and familiarity with C. elegans are preferred. To apply please submit a cover letter, resume, and two letters of recommendation for consideration HERE. Please email questions to Tiffany Kilfeather (tlk237 at nyu.edu).
