The Reiner lab at the Texas Medical Center is hiring technicians. Highly motivated, organized and responsible individuals with a B.A., B.S. or M.S. are invited to apply immediately for junior and mid-level research technician positions. Basic molecular biology experience is a must, and C. elegans injection and handling experience is a major plus, but not essential for otherwise skilled applicants. Lab members use diverse genetic, phenotypic, screening, imaging and biochemical approaches to answer innovative questions about proto-oncogenic signaling networks in development, metabolism and ageing. The lab emphasizes collegiality, collaboration, mentoring and a strong sense of fun in our approach to science. Positions will remain open until filled.
