I was just wondering if anyone knew a protocol for radioactively labeling worms that have been knocked down using RNAi by feeding (on plates)? Has anyone radioactively labelled RNAi bacteria before??
Could I spread 32P inorganic phosphate is spread over the surface of RNAi plates and then seed the plates with my RNAi culture?
It will be extremely helpful for me if you could share any idea
