Does anyone know the mutation site in Lin-29 (n333) ? It is not curated in wormbase.
I tried looking at various papers describing work on lin-29, including some that sequenced alleles, and couldn’t find it.
I would recommend that you try directly contacting people who have worked on the gene - Victor Ambros, Ann Rougvie, etcetera - and see if they can help.
