Can you pls tell me, which method is best to analyse (quantitatively) (total) fat content in worms ? Is it possible to use a triglyceride kit originally used for plasma in combination with bradford protein analysis ? I just want to measure differences in fat content after RNAi treatment.
It would be great to get some advice !
