Hello community!
I’m looking for morphological phenotypes in the male tail, but I’m having a lot of trouble positioning the rays in a ventral-side up view.
The way I’m doing it now is placing a lot of worms/agarpads so that at least a couple of worms are aligned in that view, but that’s very time consuming.
Anyone with experience in this could please give me some advice of another way of doing this?
None of the papers that I’ve seen specifically say how the worms are turned ventral side up.
How they take such excellent pictures like this?

Thanks in advance!
