I have been trying to feed worms with commercially available SiR-Tubulin and similar dyes but I have not been successful yet. Any suggestions please?Or strains that I could use?

There seem to be a bunch of GFP-labeled tubulin subunits in the literature, with some nice micrographs - not that I know enough about any to recommend one in particular. Have you looked at those? Maybe you could contact the authors directly to see what they recommend?
