How are microtubules oriented in the dendrites of C. elegans?
On Pubmed I only find that in humans and rats they have both orientations (plus- or minus end distal) and in Drosphila they seem to be oriented with the minus end distal.
Is anything known about the role of motor proteins in the orientation process?
