I’d like a strain from the Million Mutations Project but its not available, at least at the moment, from CGC. Any ides where these strains are available from? The MMP home page (genome.sfu.ca/mmp/) doesn’t appear to be responding.
Many of the strains have been deposited in the CGC already, it’s just a matter of time until everything is in I guess. I would try emailing Aric (cgc@umn.edu) and asking if they’ve already received the strain you’re interested in (but just haven’t inputted it or made it available yet).
