Dear All, I am gonna do real time PCR to check some genes expression level after drug exposure,but I have very limited amount of this drug,so I have to be stingy to cultivate enough N2 for total RNA isolation, some paper said ten 10cm plates of worms, that is impossible for me, what is the least number of adult/L4 worms I need to get ,5ug total RNA?
