Apologies if a similar question has been asked before, but has anyone has ever checked for anatomical differences between daf-2 (constitutive) dauers and WT dauers (induced via the conventional methods: pheromone, starvation, and temperature stress)? I’m investigating changes in diameter over time and this thought popped into my head since I’m using a daf-2 background.
