Please help me… Whats the different by using NA22 E. coli or OP50 E. coli as the source of food for C. elegans? Any advantage and disadvantage?

NA22 grows to a higher density than OP50, thereby providing more food for your worms. It’s typically grown on enriched medium (e.g., peptone plates), which further increases the density over NGM medium.
