The nABeta worms that I am using for chemotaxis assays are clumping to the origin point. They bunch up and dont move even after poking the bunch with an eyelash pick. What could be some possible reasons/explanation for it?
Hi! After washing the worms with buffer you need to wash them with distilled water to get rid of salts. Also, once you add them in the middle for chemotaxis you need to wait until water dries and then close the lid of the plate. I hope this is helpful.
