Nanoplastics on plates (not in liquid)

Greetings,

Has anyone attempted to administer nanoplastic or microplastic particles to worms grown on plates and fed live E. coli? And if so, how did it work? It is commonly administered in liquid culture, but that does not suit my purposes.

thanks,

Hi Charlie, we usually administer nano and microplastic in suspension as follows: The worms were incubated for 2 hours at 20°C in orbital shaking in the absence of E. coli, with the different solutions of NMPs (50 μL/ 50 worms). At the end of incubation, worms were plated onto NGM plates seeded with OP50 E. coli and grown at 20°C.
