Natural genetic variation.

Hi all,

I am working with the genome of the parasitic nematode Haemonchus contortus, where we are seeing examples of huge natural variation between sequences at a number of loci. We have a rough natural variation figure for the species from our early analysis of ~6%. Does anyone know of the natural variation figure for C.elegans, and, or, C.briggsae?

Thanks,

GaryGlasgow.
